About Anirban

Simple things, done extraordinarily.

  • I ran two newsletters and monetised them.
  • I have grown my social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • I started writing in 2023.
  • I coach 26+ people and have trained over 1000+ people on email marketing.

I'm simple, and I treat my business the same way.

I don't believe in fancy things, I believe in simple things and put them extraordinarily.

Also, there are two things I don't like. One of them is chasing the algorithm and leads and praying that it gives you the result you are looking for, and the other is sales calls. Both waste your time.

That's why I am here, to save your time. And make more money instead of depending on someone else.

So let's break down the process and how you can make the most of your email list.

The 5 step framework

Email subs, offer, sales, in 5 steps today.

  1. 01

    Define your solutions

Having 1 way to help won't make you rich.

No, I don't agree with not having 1 main help dilute your value.

They are on your email list, you own them.

You can sell anything based on their needs.

What do I mean by this?

    You can sell them:

    • 1:1 coaching or consulting offer
    • Digital products (guides or ebooks, or courses)
    • Group coaching programme (mastermind)
  2. 02

    Segment your subscribers

Not everyone on your list wants the same thing.

Some are beginners, some are just curious, and a few are ready to buy.

    So, what should you do?

Use tags or simple segmentation to understand:

    • Who's just learning
    • Who's looking for help
    • Who's ready to invest

This way, you'll send the right message to the right people, and that leads to more sales.

  3. 03

    Build a strong nurture engine

People don't buy because you email them.

They buy because they trust you.

Send valuable emails daily or at least 4x a week.

Tell stories. Share case studies. Educate them.

And don't forget to sell, mix value with offers.

Remember my rule: 80/20, 80% value, 20% sales.
  4. 04

    Create simple conversion points

    Don't complicate your sales process.

You don't need 5-step funnels or fancy landing pages.

    You need 3 things:

    • A simple offer doc
    • A call link
    • Clear CTV in your emails

Make it easy for people to take the next step.

  5. 05

    Increase the Client lifetime value

You might think that sending more emails will make your audience unsubscribe, but that's totally wrong.

    You can consider this example:

You're eating your fav dish. Do you think you'll get bored, or even if you get bored, will you leave it for your lifetime? No.

The same goes with your buyers, they will never unsubscribe from you if they want to buy from you.

So, when your ICP buys one small £19 digital product, they can try this 5 times, then they will feel like doing it all alone is not that easy.

Even if they do, they will buy from you again and again.

Client lifetime value

The math of a newsletter business.

1 client
£100 digital product
5 times buy
£500

Boom!

1 client
£1000 coaching call
4 calls a month
£4K

Boom!

To wrap it up:

Weekly newsletter + offers.
